Shoreline parks and lake weekends
Grapevine Lake fills its parks and boat ramps from the first warm weekend until late fall, and the crowd is heaviest at the ramps, the group pavilions and the beach areas. A Grapevine shoreline order goes on the paved ramp apron or the pavilion pad, never down on the bank where a service truck sinks and the ground stays soft for days.
Grapevine park staff and event organizers will usually walk the placement with us before a big weekend, which saves a lot of trouble later. We drop a Grapevine lake order on the Friday and collect it on the following route day so the ramps stay clear on Saturday morning.
Festival weekends and the event grounds
Grapevine runs several large festivals a year, and each of them closes streets, fills parking lots and puts tens of thousands of people into a small footprint. A Grapevine festival is planned as clusters at the entrances, the stage areas and the food rows rather than one large bank in a corner.
Every Grapevine cluster carries an ADA accessible unit on level pavement, and handwashing stations go beside each food row. We set a Grapevine festival order the day before gates open, then schedule a mid-event service so conditions hold through the busiest evening.
Winery events, hotels and the trades in between
Outside of festival weekends, Grapevine keeps a steady run of winery events, hotel functions and outdoor weddings that want something better than a standard unit. A Grapevine booking of that sort is usually a climate-controlled restroom trailer with a deluxe flushing unit as overflow.
There is construction work behind all of it too, and Grapevine keeps hotel refurbishments, restaurant conversions and parking lot rebuilds running most of the year. A Grapevine commercial job takes a standard unit at the service side, placed where guests never see it and a pump truck still reaches.
