Retail fit-outs on the Park Row strip
Almost all of the commercial ground in Pantego sits along Park Row Drive and Bowen Road, and it turns over steadily as restaurants and shops change hands. A Pantego fit-out is a short, tight job, usually one standard unit parked at the back of the strip beside the dumpster enclosure.
Space is the constraint on every Pantego retail site, because the parking is shared and the service alleys are narrow. We walk the placement with the Pantego contractor first so the unit sits where a delivery truck will not have to back around it.
Small jobsites and driveway placements
Residential Pantego is a few hundred houses on mature streets, which means remodels, foundation work, re-roofs and pool rebuilds rather than new subdivisions. One Pantego unit on the driveway apron covers those jobs comfortably from start to finish.
Pantego lots are close together and everyone notices a unit, so tidy placement is part of the job. We keep the Pantego unit off the curb and grass strip, with the door turned toward the house rather than the street.
Town events and the short route through Pantego
Pantego runs a handful of town events each year on the municipal grounds and in the town center parking areas. Those Pantego orders are modest, a few standard units and one ADA accessible unit, all set on pavement at the edge of the lot.
Being small and central, Pantego sits mid-route for us, which is why same-day or next-day drops are usually workable. A Pantego rental that runs for weeks holds a fixed service day, and the summer heat pushes most of them to a second weekly visit.
